Staff and location were perfect, exactly what we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was great. It was a hip new hotel in a shopping area, short walk to all cafes, the castle, shops.

The venue was functional, I loved the stay and the location was ideal close to Cardiff, restaurants. I asked for double room and it was brand-new with amazing powerful shower.

Quick check-in, lovely beds and generally helpful service. I enjoyed amazing restaurant. Room was gorgeous and warm. Pool was good, comfortable to sit around. Positioned 30 km from the airport.

I liked brilliant location and the terrific service of the team. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and ironing facilities were a nice touch. The restaurant was great, delicious food.

The staff are amazing, the hotel is reasonably clean and the breakfast is warm. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a beautifully ornate pleasure palace.

The room was luxurious, loved the service, it was superb! Bed was large, I enjoyed it. The early check-in too. The hotel had a central setting. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Pillars Restaurant that is only 5 minutes' walk away.
